A Milestone in Healthcare Accessibility

Apollo is transforming healthcare access with the launch of its 6,500th Apollo Pharmacy in Narsingi, a rapidly growing suburb of Hyderabad. This new pharmacy introduces a groundbreaking approach by integrating an Apollo Clinic and the diagnostics division of Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited (AHLL) within the same space.

A Comprehensive Healthcare Hub

Spanning 3,200 square feet, this multispecialty center aligns with Apollo’s customer-centric mission. It brings medicines, diagnostics, and doctor consultations under one roof, making the Omni Channel ‘One Apollo’ model a reality in physical locations.

Enhancing Digital and Physical Healthcare Integration

This initiative complements Apollo’s existing digital presence through the Apollo 24/7 online platform, which has already served over 35 million users. By bridging the gap between online and offline services, Apollo ensures seamless healthcare access for all.

Leadership Speaks on the One Apollo Approach

As per the press release, Shobana Kamineni, Promoter Director of AHEL & Executive Chairperson of Apollo Health Co. Ltd., emphasized the benefits of this integrated model: “The One Apollo approach makes high-quality care easy and immediate. By repurposing some of our large-format pharmacies and opening new centers, we can scale this model to benefit more customers.”
