This strategic collaboration will focus on co-innovation, research, and the development of advanced healthcare solutions, including projects on disease progression, genomics, and multi-modal AI models.

The partnership also outlines an AI roadmap to enhance patient outcomes, support healthcare professionals, and contribute to the vision of a “Hospital of the Future.”
AI-Driven Copilots for Healthcare
The collaboration will introduce four AI-powered copilots tailored for clinicians, patients, nurses, and hospital operations. These tools are designed to streamline processes and develop scalable healthcare models that extend beyond India.
As reported by economictimes, the announcement aligns with Microsoft’s broader efforts in India, which span healthcare, finance, and education. AI adoption in India has surged, with usage jumping from 63% in 2023 to 72% in 2024, according to an IDC study.
