Zenzo, a leading emergency response service provider, has launched India’s largest ambulance network, deploying 25,000 ambulances across 450 cities. The announcement was made at the Make India Emergency Ready event held at NSCI Mumbai. This initiative aims to provide immediate and effective emergency assistance, including basic, cardiac, and 5G-enabled ambulances.

Reducing Emergency Response Time Across Urban and Rural Areas

With this launch, Zenzo will cut ambulance response times to under 15 minutes. The initiative will improve emergency response efficiency by reducing wait times by 30% in cities and 40% in rural areas. By leveraging advanced technology and strategic partnerships, Zenzo seeks to make emergency medical services more accessible and reliable.

Introducing ‘One Nation, One Pricing’ for Ambulance Services

Zenzo has also introduced a uniform pricing model for ambulance services nationwide, ensuring fair and transparent costs for emergency medical transport. This approach aims to eliminate pricing disparities and make ambulance services affordable for everyone, regardless of location.

5G-Enabled Ambulances for Real-Time Medical Assistance

The deployment of 5G-enabled ambulances equipped with real-time patient monitoring is a key feature of this network. These ambulances allow paramedics to instantly share vital health data with hospitals, ensuring better pre-hospital care and faster medical intervention.

Collaborations to Train First Responders and Raise Public Awareness

To further strengthen emergency preparedness, Zenzo has partnered with major delivery platforms like Zomato and other e-commerce and mobility players. These partnerships focus on educating delivery personnel—who are often the first to witness emergencies—on life-saving techniques, medical first aid, and CPR. By integrating emergency response awareness into public engagement, Zenzo aims to create a more informed and prepared society.

Building a Robust Emergency Healthcare Ecosystem

Zenzo is working closely with hospitals, local authorities, corporates, and private ambulance providers to enhance India’s emergency response infrastructure. This collaboration ensures that trained professionals and life-saving medical equipment are readily accessible, ultimately improving patient outcomes.
