Resolve360’s evidence-based rehabilitation methodology earns Indian patent after being refined through thousands of patients and over 20 lakh rehabilitation sessions.

Resolve360, a physical medicine and rehabilitation company, has received an Indian patent for its proprietary rehabilitation methodology designed to treat neuromuscular and musculoskeletal (NMSK) disorders. The patented framework provides a structured approach covering prognosis, personalized treatment planning, therapy delivery, monitoring, and long-term recovery.

As per the press release, the methodology has evolved over nearly a decade of clinical practice. First conceptualized in 2016 and further developed after Resolve360 was founded in 2019, it has been validated through the treatment of thousands of patients and more than 20 lakh rehabilitation sessions before receiving patent recognition in 2026.

Evidence-Based, Personalized Care

Unlike conventional rehabilitation that often focuses on pain relief, Resolve360’s methodology identifies the root cause of a condition and creates customized treatment plans to improve long-term recovery. The innovation addresses the growing burden of chronic pain, spinal disorders, muscle dysfunction, and mobility issues linked to sedentary lifestyles.

The company also delivers remote rehabilitation through its Seamless App, serving patients in India as well as the US, UK, Australia, the UAE, and other Gulf countries.

Commenting on the achievement, Dr. Apoorva Shrivastava, CEO of Resolve360 and inventor of the patented methodology, said the patent reflects years of clinical learning and aims to establish rehabilitation as a science-driven discipline focused on complete recovery rather than temporary pain relief.

Expansion Plans

Resolve360 is now developing AI-enabled tools to support treatment personalization and clinical decision-making. Backed by seed funding from Kalaari Capital (investment amount undisclosed), the company plans to expand its research, technology, and evidence-based rehabilitation services.
