NewEra Hospital Launches Integrated Polytrauma and Emergency Care Centre

In a significant step toward strengthening emergency healthcare, NewEra Hospital has launched an Integrated Polytrauma and Emergency Care Centre in Navi Mumbai. The facility aims to deliver prompt and coordinated treatment during critical situations such as accidents, strokes, and severe injuries. By minimising delays, the centre ensures that patients receive timely and appropriate care. At the same time, it focuses on supporting families by providing continuous guidance throughout the treatment journey.

Commitment to Community Safety

In addition to enhancing emergency care, NewEra Hospital has reinforced its commitment to preventive healthcare. As part of the launch initiative, the hospital donated 200 barricades to the Navi Mumbai Police. This effort aims to improve traffic management and reduce road accidents across busy areas, thereby contributing to overall community safety.

Inauguration Marked by Esteemed Presence

As per the press release, the Advanced Trauma Centre was inaugurated in the presence of Chief Guest Shri Sanjay Yenpure, IPS, Joint Commissioner of Police, Navi Mumbai. The event was also attended by several distinguished medical professionals, including Dr. Sunil Kutty, Dr. Sanjay Dhar, Dr. Vinod Vij, Dr. Chandrashekhar T, Dr. Manish Pendse, Dr. Nishant Tavde, and Dr. Ram Khare, along with Dr. Mataprasad Gupta, Vice President & CEO.

The centre follows a streamlined approach to emergency care. Upon arrival, patients undergo rapid triage assessment, allowing healthcare teams to prioritise critical cases without delay. Furthermore, a dedicated emergency team is available round the clock, supported by specialists in orthopaedics, neurosurgery, general surgery, anaesthesia, ICU care, and physiotherapy. This coordinated approach ensures seamless transition from emergency treatment to recovery and rehabilitation.
