Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services, a leading super-specialty hospital group in North India, has acquired an under-construction 250-bed hospital in Sector 40, Gurugram. Through this acquisition, the group aims to strengthen its presence in the rapidly growing Delhi-NCR healthcare market.
New Facility to Serve High-Growth Catchment Area
The upcoming hospital is strategically located in Central Gurugram, surrounded by dense residential neighbourhoods, premium commercial districts, and major corporate corridors. As a result, the facility is expected to address the rising demand for advanced tertiary and quaternary healthcare services in the region.
Additionally, the hospital’s proximity to key business hubs and affluent residential communities positions it as an important healthcare destination within Gurugram.
Investment Planned for Completion and Advanced Equipment
Yatharth Hospitals will acquire the project for approximately Rs 100 crore. Furthermore, the group plans to invest an additional Rs 100 crore toward completing the facility and procuring advanced medical equipment.
As reported by bwhealthcareworld, the investment reflects the company’s broader strategy to expand high-quality healthcare infrastructure across North India.
Yatharth Hospitals Eyes Domestic and International Patient Base
Commenting on the acquisition, Yatharth Tyagi said the hospital group is entering Gurugram with an ultra-modern, high-end healthcare facility designed to cater to evolving patient needs.
“We are pleased to announce Yatharth Group’s entry into Gurugram city with a 250-bed ultra-modern, high-end hospital. Given its close proximity to the IGI Airport, we look forward to serving the growing healthcare needs of both domestic and international patients,” he said.
He further added that the group remains committed to establishing more such healthcare facilities across Gurugram and other parts of North India in the future.
