Agilus Diagnostics has appointed Vijender Singh as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), following the resignation of Dr. Anand K, who has stepped down after nearly six years with the company to pursue opportunities outside the organisation.
Singh brings over 30 years of leadership experience across diagnostics, healthcare, consumer healthcare and FMCG sectors. Before joining Agilus Diagnostics, he served as Chairman and Managing Director of Diagnum Healthcare. Earlier, he held leadership roles as Group CEO of Metropolis Healthcare, CEO of Healthians and spent nearly a decade at Dr. Lal PathLabs. He has also worked with Jashvik Capital, Ranbaxy Consumer Healthcare, Bausch & Lomb and Blow Plast.

As per the press release, Dr. Ashutosh Raghuvanshi, Managing Director and CEO of Fortis Healthcare Ltd. and Chairman of Agilus Diagnostics, said Singh’s extensive industry experience and proven leadership in scaling diagnostic businesses make him well placed to lead the company’s next phase of growth.
