Amazon India has announced the launch of its new at-home diagnostics service, Amazon Diagnostics, under the broader Amazon Medical umbrella. This service is now available across six major cities—Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, and Hyderabad—covering more than 450 PIN codes.
Convenient Lab Testing at Doorstep
In collaboration with Orange Health Labs, Amazon Diagnostics enables users to book lab tests, schedule sample collection appointments, and access digital reports directly through the Amazon app. The platform offers over 800 home diagnostics and promises doorstep sample collection within 60 minutes of booking.
Integration with Amazon Medical Ecosystem
With this new service, Amazon has further integrated its healthcare offerings, bringing together diagnostics, pharmacy, and telehealth services under the Amazon Medical banner. This move builds on the foundation laid by Amazon Pharmacy and Amazon Clinic.
Amazon Pharmacy and Clinic Service
As reported by TOI, Amazon Pharmacy provides access to prescription medications, healthcare products, and free telemedicine consultations. Additionally, it offers delivery benefits to both Prime and non-Prime users. On the other hand, Amazon Clinic connects customers with licensed doctors for a wide range of digital primary care consultations.

Through these integrated services, Amazon aims to offer a seamless and convenient healthcare experience—right from diagnosis and consultation to medication delivery—all within its digital ecosystem.
