Fortis Healthcare has reappointed Dr. Ashutosh Raghuvanshi as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for another two-year term, effective March 19, 2027, reaffirming the board’s confidence in his leadership and strategic vision.

Before joining Fortis Healthcare, Dr. Raghuvanshi held leadership roles at several renowned healthcare institutions, including Narayana Health, Bombay Hospital and Medical Research Centre (Mumbai), Apollo Hospitals, Vijaya Heart Foundation (Chennai), Manipal Heart Foundation, and Rabindranath Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Sciences. Across these organizations, he played a key role in improving healthcare delivery, strengthening hospital operations, and driving institutional growth.
A distinguished cardiac surgeon with more than 30 years of clinical and healthcare management experience, Dr. Raghuvanshi has also contributed to the advancement of India’s private healthcare sector through his active involvement in industry bodies and healthcare initiatives.
