Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc., USA has launched Sugammadex Injection in 200 mg/2 mL and 500 mg/5 mL single-dose vials in the U.S. The product is bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent to Merck’s BRIDION® Injection (100 mg/mL).
According to IQVIA, the reference product recorded approximately $1.6 billion in U.S. annual sales for the 12 months ended May 2026, highlighting a significant market opportunity.
The company said the Day 1 launch strengthens its expanding U.S. injectables portfolio, enhances its presence in the hospital and institutional segment, and supports its commitment to improving the availability of high-quality, affordable medicines across the U.S. healthcare system.
