To begin with, Mankind Pharma unified two critical operating pillars—global supply chain and strategic sourcing—into a single, integrated backbone. This new framework tightly links planning intelligence with execution performance.
As per the press release, the company reimagined its supply chain through an integrated planning platform that connects demand forecasting, manufacturing, inventory management, and distribution within a near real-time decision-making environment. Notably, this system operates across more than 25 international markets.
