Respected Maharashtra healthcare brands unite across pathology, radiology and preventive wellness; MS Dhoni unveils the platform and Atlas longevity initiative. Neuberg Diagnostics has consolidated its Maharashtra operations with NM Medical, bringing together leading diagnostic brands and clinical expertise under one integrated network.
The partnership combines NM Medical’s four decades of expertise in advanced radiology, cardiology and preventive wellness with Neuberg’s capabilities in genomics, metabolomics, proteomics, digital pathology, immunohistochemistry, molecular diagnostics, nephropathology and neuropathology.
The unified platform includes Neuberg NM Medical, Neuberg Dr Ajay Shah, Neuberg Sehgal, Neuberg OncoPath led by Dr Jay Mehta, and Neuberg Star.
Better Access and Deeper Clinical Insights
The network will provide patients across Mumbai and Maharashtra with access to routine and specialised diagnostics, advanced imaging and preventive wellness services.
For clinicians, the integration of pathology, radiology, molecular diagnostics and genomics will provide a more comprehensive view of patients, supporting earlier detection, precise diagnosis, personalised treatment and improved disease monitoring.

Experienced Leadership
Dr. Nilesh Shah, Chairman, NM Medical, will serve as Chairman of the joint Maharashtra entity. Dr. Ajay Shah will be Chief Mentor – Pathology, Dr. Asish Atre will lead Radiology, while Dr. Kunal Sehgal and Dr. Jay Mehta will head Pathology. Mr. Rahil Shah will serve as CEO – Maharashtra, Preventive Wellness & Africa Operations, Neuberg Group, and lead the integration and expansion of the network.
As per the press release, the partnership aims to combine NM Medical’s clinical legacy with Neuberg’s advanced diagnostic capabilities and national reach. MS Dhoni unveiled the unified platform, along with Atlas, Neuberg’s new longevity and wellness initiative, in Mumbai on 3 October 2026. Atlas combines diagnostics, imaging, genomics and personalised health insights to help individuals identify health risks earlier and manage their long-term wellbeing.
The first Atlas Longevity & Wellness programme has launched at NM Medical’s Marine Lines centre, with plans to expand to other major Indian cities.
Together, Neuberg and NM Medical aim to build a stronger integrated diagnostics network focused on better diagnostics, deeper clinical insights and an enhanced patient experience.
