SOUKYA International Holistic Health Centre, globally renowned for its premium holistic therapies, has announced the acquisition of six acres of land near its existing campus in Hoskote, Bengaluru. The move marks a major step in SOUKYA’s mission to make world-class integrative healthcare more accessible through the establishment of a new 100-bedded AYUSH hospital.
SOUKYA estimates the total project investment at ₹125 crore, allocating ₹50 crore for land acquisition and ₹75 crore for construction and development.

The upcoming facility will offer integrated treatment for a broad range of chronic, rare, and complex conditions. It will bring together Allopathy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Siddha, Unani, and Yoga, supported by complementary therapies. By blending evidence-based modern medicine with time-tested traditional systems, SOUKYA aims to redefine holistic healing in India.

As per the press release, the initiative comes at a pivotal moment when India’s AYUSH ecosystem is thriving. The Ministry of AYUSH’s FY26 budget has increased by 14.2% to ₹3,992.9 crore (US$ 461.3 million). Simultaneously, experts project the Indian AYUSH market, valued at US$ 43.3 billion in 2024, will reach US$ 200 billion by 2030. Furthermore, analysts expect the wellness tourism sector to grow from ₹1.64 lakh crore to ₹2.57 lakh crore by 2031, reflecting the rising global demand for Ayurveda, Yoga, and holistic rejuvenation.
These trends firmly position India as a global hub for integrative healthcare — underscoring the timeliness and relevance of SOUKYA’s new venture.
Expanding SOUKYA’s Vision and Global Footprint
Speaking on the development, Dr. Isaac Mathai, Founder of SOUKYA, stated:

He further explained that SOUKYA’s growth will follow two complementary tracks — expanding ultra-premium wellness offerings through its first international centre in Portugal, and creating a new segment of affordable holistic healthcare to serve a wider population.

Construction Timeline and Facility Features
SOUKYA will begin construction of the new hospital within the next 6–9 months and complete it in two phases. In Phase I, it will establish 50 beds and a core set of specialisations, while Phase II will expand the hospital’s capacity and range of services. The hospital will become fully operational by the end of FY27.
Beyond its clinical excellence, the new facility will embody SOUKYA’s holistic philosophy. It will feature an organic food programme, a one-kilometre walking track, a fully developed organic farm promoting farm-to-table living, and advanced rainwater-harvesting systems. In addition, it will offer comprehensive insurance coverage across all treatments to ensure inclusive and accessible care.

Elaborating on future plans, Dr. Mathai said:

He also revealed plans to expand through both management and operational models to maintain flexibility and consistency in care delivery. Encouraging interest from potential partners has already sparked evaluations of collaborative models.
