Doctors at Fortis Escorts Hospital, Faridabad successfully restored mobility in two elderly patients, aged 92 and 95, who had suffered severe hip fractures following separate falls at home. Both patients had remained bedridden for months before receiving advanced orthopaedic treatment that enabled them to regain mobility and return to independent living.

The 92-year-old man sustained a fracture near his left hip after falling from his bed. As he also had diabetes and hypertension, the case posed significant surgical challenges.
