India’s First Listed IVF Company Gaudium IVF Launches AI-Powered Signature Lab

Gaudium IVF and Women Health Limited, India’s first publicly listed IVF chain, has launched its first new centre as part of its planned 19-centre expansion announced during its IPO. With this milestone, the company has taken the first step towards strengthening its presence across India while making technology-driven fertility care more accessible.

The new South Delhi centre brings together experienced fertility specialists, advanced reproductive medicine and Gaudium IVF’s standardised clinical protocols under one roof. Through this expansion, the company aims to deliver consistent, high-quality fertility treatment backed by advanced technology and ethical clinical practices.

AI-Powered Signature Lab at the Core

At the heart of the new facility is the Gaudium Signature Lab, the company’s proprietary laboratory framework. The lab combines advanced embryology, AI-powered technologies and internationally benchmarked quality standards to create an optimal environment for embryo development.

As the company expands its network, it will replicate the Signature Lab model across every new centre. This approach will ensure that patients receive the same standards of precision, safety and clinical excellence, regardless of location.

The centre also features Gaudium IVF’s AI-powered embryology ecosystem, including SiD (Sperm Identification Device) for advanced sperm assessment and ERICA (Embryo Ranking Intelligent Classification Assistant) for embryo evaluation. These technologies complement the expertise of embryologists by providing data-driven insights that improve precision, consistency and confidence throughout the IVF process.

Building on a 17-Year Legacy

Built on 17 years of fertility care expertise, Gaudium IVF has established itself as one of India’s trusted fertility care providers. The organisation has also earned international recognition through the European Quality Award from ESQR, Spain, reflecting its commitment to laboratory excellence and strong clinical outcomes, including in complex infertility and recurrent IVF failure cases.

As per the press release, the company plans to replicate its Signature Lab framework across all upcoming centres, thereby maintaining uniform clinical standards and delivering technology-enabled fertility care at scale.

Leadership Perspective

Commenting on the launch, Dr. Manika Khanna, Chairperson and Managing Director of Gaudium IVF, said, “Fertility care is one of the most specialised fields of medicine, where science, clinical expertise and ethical practices come together to help couples realise their dream of parenthood.
