MediBuddy Expands Healthcare Operations with 600 Member Indore Centre

MediBuddy, one of India’s largest digital healthcare platform, serves more than 37 million lives and over 1,200 corporate clients. The company is strengthening its national healthcare operations by expanding its regional sales, customer support and service delivery capabilities from its Indore centre.

Indore Centre Grows from Seven to 600 Employees

MediBuddy launched its Indore centre in 2025 with a seven-member team. Since then, the facility has grown to approximately 600 employees and now supports several critical functions, including customer support, operations, concierge sales, engineering, information technology (IT) and administration. The centre has become an important operational hub, helping MediBuddy coordinate customer interactions, manage service requests and deliver healthcare support to corporate clients and individual consumers across India.

MediBuddy Reports Positive EBITDA and Strong Digital Healthcare Growth

The expansion coincides with MediBuddy’s next phase of growth. The company reported its first EBITDA-positive quarter in Q4 FY26, with an annual revenue run rate exceeding ₹1,500 crore. Furthermore, online consultations grew by more than 90% year-on-year during the quarter, highlighting the rising demand for convenient, digital-first healthcare services across India.

MediBuddy’s integrated healthcare ecosystem includes online consultations, medicine delivery, at-home diagnostics, fitness and condition management programmes, and surgery care. The platform handles more than 100,000 healthcare transactions daily and supports patients through a surgery care network spanning 189 cities. As the company expands its user base and healthcare partner network, the Indore centre plays an increasingly important role in service coordination, customer follow-ups and nationwide healthcare delivery.

Indore Centre Handles a Significant Share of Customer Support

MediBuddy’s Indore operations support customer interactions, concierge services and sales, medical report processing, quality checks, and coordination with regional clients and consumers. The centre handles approximately 65% of the company’s inbound customer support calls and 55% of its customer support emails. Consequently, it serves as a central facility for managing customer requirements across key geographies while improving response times and service reliability. According to Grand View Research, India’s digital health market is projected to grow from USD 14.5 billion in 2024 to USD 106.97 billion by 2033, representing a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 25.12% between 2025 and 2033. This projected growth highlights the expanding opportunities for digital healthcare platforms and supporting service infrastructure.
