India’s commitment to women-led health empowerment has gained global recognition, with the Union Health Ministry earning three Guinness World Records under the nationwide campaign “Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan” (SNSPA).

Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda hailed the achievement as a “record-breaking milestone for women’s health”, emphasizing that it reflects India’s progress towards a Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar, and Viksit Bharat.
Three Guinness World Record Titles Won
According to the Health Ministry, the SNSPA campaign earned three prestigious world records:
- Most people registered for a healthcare platform in one month: 3.21 crore (32,149,711)
- Most people signed up for breast cancer screening online in one week: 9.94 lakh (994,349)
- Most people signed up for vital signs screening online in one week (state level): 1.25 lakh (125,406)
Nationwide Campaign for Women and Family Health
As reported by TOI, launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi between September 17 and October 2, 2025, in conjunction with Poshan Maah, the campaign aimed to enhance health and nutrition among women, adolescent girls, and children. It focused on early detection, essential healthcare access, and family empowerment for a healthier Bharat.
