Union (Mauritius) Holdings Ltd., owned and promoted by Dr. Azad Moopen and family, has acquired an additional 0.57% stake in Aster DM Quality Care Ltd. from TPG-backed Centella Mauritius Holdings Ltd.
The family purchased 46.09 lakh equity shares at ₹760 per share on September 2, 2026, for a total consideration of approximately ₹350.34 crore.
Promoter Holding Rises to 24.58%
As per the press release, the latest acquisition increases the Moopen family’s shareholding in Aster DM Quality Care to approximately 24.58%.
The acquisition further strengthens the promoter family’s ownership and reflects its confidence in the company’s long-term growth and integrated healthcare platform.
